MINE has partnered with the largest home builders in the US to turn their model homes into fully shoppable furniture pop-up stores. You walk through real, professionally designed rooms — and everything in them is available to buy.

Showrooms are open seven days a week, typically 10am–7pm. Hours for each location are listed on its card and in Google Maps directions.

There are 65 showrooms across Greater Austin — Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor and more. Use "Find a showroom near me" to see the closest one.

Kids are always welcome. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome too — just ask the ambassador on site when you arrive.

Not at all. The showrooms sit inside builder model homes, but you do not need to be shopping for a house. Anyone can walk in and shop the furniture.

Yes — please do. Photograph anything you like, measure pieces, and save favourites to your list so you can compare rooms later.

Yes. Every piece in every room — sofas, rugs, lighting, décor — is shoppable. Tap it on your phone to see the price and add it to your list.

Almost everything is. A small number of builder fixtures (built-ins, appliances, window treatments) stay with the home — your ambassador will flag anything that is not available.

Both. Most orders ship brand new from our assortment. When a showroom is closing out, floor models are often available at a deeper discount — ask what is available on the floor that day.

Because we work directly with manufacturers and use builder model homes instead of expensive retail leases, our pricing is consistently below traditional furniture retail for comparable quality.

Availability changes daily. If something is unavailable, your ambassador will show you the closest alternatives in the same style and price range or let you know the restock timing.

Check in on your first showroom visit and you earn 3% off. Each of the next two showrooms you check into adds another 1% — up to a total of 5% off your order.

No. Checking in is enough. Visit, check in, and your discount is banked for whenever you are ready to order.

Open the site on your phone at the showroom and tap check in. We confirm you are on site, then your reward is applied to your account automatically.

Your earned discount stays on your account and is applied at checkout. If you have a specific code with an expiry, the date is shown next to the code.

The 5% reward applies to your order total and can generally be combined with floor-model and closeout pricing. Your ambassador will confirm on your specific order.

White-glove delivery across Greater Austin. Timing depends on the item — most in-stock pieces arrive within 1–2 weeks. Your ambassador will confirm the schedule when you order.

Our team brings the pieces into the room you choose, assembles and places them, and removes all packaging before they leave.

Greater Austin is our core delivery area. For addresses further out — including elsewhere in Texas — we can usually arrange freight delivery. Ask for a quote.

Sometimes. Smaller accessories and available floor models can often go home with you. Larger upholstery and case goods are scheduled for delivery.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we make it right. Custom and special-order pieces are final sale — your ambassador will tell you which category your item falls in before you order.

Yes — assembly and in-room placement are included with white-glove delivery. Full-room installs can be scheduled around your move-in date.

Yes. Every showroom has a MINE ambassador on site, and complimentary luxury design services (a $1,500 value) are available for larger homes and full-room projects.
